研究室での日常

ソフトロボティクス、生物模倣ロボティクス、生分解性・可食ロボティクス、植物ロボティクスといったグループに分かれ、学生一人ひとりが主体的に研究を進めています。それぞれが独自のテーマを持ちながらも、グループ内や研究室全体で協力し合い、実験や議論を通して新たな発見を積み重ねています。また、定期的なミーティングでは、研究の進捗や課題を共有し、今後の方針や計画を話し合うことで、互いに学び合いながら研究を進めています。

Daily Life in Our Lab

In our lab, students work proactively within several research groups, including soft robotics, bioinspired robotics, biodegradable and edible robotics, and plant robotics.

While each student pursues an independent research theme, we collaborate within groups and across the entire lab, conducting experiments and discussions that lead to new discoveries. We also hold regular meetings to share research progress and challenges, discuss future directions, and learn from one another as we move our research forward.

国際交流

国際的な視野を持って活躍することを目指す学生を積極的に支援しています。研究室所属の学生を海外の大学や研究機関へ送り出す一方で、海外からの留学生も受け入れ、言語や文化の違いを学び合いながら研究を進めています。

International Exchange 

Our lab actively supports students who aspire to engage in international research and collaboration. We encourage our members to study abroad at overseas universities and research institutions, while also welcoming international students to join our lab. Through these experiences, students learn from diverse languages and cultures as they work together on their research.

研究外の活動

毎年、歓迎会や忘年会、バーベキューなどのイベントを開催しています。また、他研究室との合同合宿を行うこともあります。これらのイベントは任意参加です。研究室内にはいくつかの部活動もあり、現在は写真部、キャンプ部、スキー部、登山部、サッカー部が活動中です。メンバーそれぞれが自由に新しい部活動を立ち上げ、研究以外の時間も楽しく過ごしています。

Life Beyond Research

Every year, our lab holds various events such as welcome parties, year-end gatherings, and barbecues. We sometimes also organize joint retreats with other laboratories. These events are all voluntary to join. There are several student clubs within the lab, including the photography, camping, skiing, hiking, and soccer clubs. Members are free to start new clubs, creating opportunities to enjoy time together outside of research.
